- All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, provided the products are in stock and payment is successfully processed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if applicable.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to cater to different needs. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method, your location, and the availability of products.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically within 2-3 business days (available at checkout).
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (available at checkout).
Shipping times may vary for international orders, and delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue. We will assist in processing a claim and will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
